Apart from the vivid colours, for us, Holi is synonymous with Thandai. We have come up with a Thandai powder that has a longer shelf life than the paste and is vegan too. Made from freshly sourced ingredients, which are washed and sun dried and then hand pounded, this Thandai will take you straight to the gullies of Varanasi.
Mix a spoon or two in water and serve chilled.
If you like your thandai thicker, mix a spoon or two in coconut milk or milk.
You can strain the concoction before serving or not.
Store the mix in an airtight container after opening.

INGREDIENTS - Coconut milk powder, Almonds, Khus Khus, Melon seeds, Green cardamom, Malabar Black pepper, Fennel seeds, Dried rose petals and Sugar. We skip the sugar for the Keto version.
